Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar’s report for August 2026, released September 10, gives the size of the industry this association speaks for.

Of the new formations, 5,491 were corporate entities (corporations, LLCs, LPs, LLPs and business trusts) and 1,657 were sole proprietorships and general partnerships. The revenue goes to the State General Fund.
Two things to notice. Nevada now lists 2,545 commercial registered agents, against the few hundred that existed when this association was formed. And the state’s own page credits the registered agent community with helping shape ORION, which means the office is listening when agents speak with one voice.
